The Student Leadership
To be the finest group in the city, state, region, and all the land of high school bands & orchestra we must cultivate the finest leaders. The following are just some of the positions available for which students can strive to earn. These are SERVANT LEADER positions. We believe in TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP where every individual has a growth mindset and is let to be their best and cause others to do the same for themselves and the greater good. Are YOU ready to lead? Are YOU ready to SERVE?

Group Presidents
We intend for the Bands, Orchestra, & Auxiliaries to be represented by students' voices. Adults have to make tough choices but we can't do it in a vacuum. Step up and lead as you are trained.

Drum Major(s)
What can be said....SHOWTIME is YOUR TIME! Drum Majors represent the epitome of class, responsibility, showmanship, exemplary character and behavior, musicianship, and they are not just the chief showman, but the greatest SERVANTS of the band. Next to the director, their words and deeds must be golden and represent the highest of integrity. The spokesman, the representative, the presence...must speak volumes: LEADER

Whether it is knowing the field show better than all others in the marching band, or knowing the logistics of an orchestral performance sometimes the work goes far beyond the music. Those willing to gain these skills are phenomenal assistance to the leadership

Student Directors
In Symphonic Band & Orchestra, Jazz & Pep Bands these are the most musically knowledgeable students. Music Theory, Composition, Arranging, Knowledge of Multiple Instruments...and the ABILITY to TEACH AND LEAD 2nd only to directors...and sometimes BEYOND teachers, because STUDENTS know the mindset of STUDENTS
